From the Other Hardware tab, under Enclosures, select Boxto view its properties.
If you have selected multiple logical drives or multiple drives, you have to click on the 
(Expand button) to perform actions such as starting a a consistency check and so on. This is applicable for all the scenarios where you have selected multiple logical drives or multiple drives and performing certain actions through the Actions dialog.
