Modifying the CacheCade Logical Drive Properties

You can modify the name and the write policy of a CacheCade – SSD Caching logical drive any time after a CacheCade – SSD Caching logical drive is created. Perform the following steps to change the logical drive properties:

1.	Navigate to the Controller dashboard, click an array name (for example, array_1).

Click the icon corresponding to a array to display its contents.

The logical drives and drives associated with the selected array appear.

2.	Click a CacheCade – SSD Caching logical drive whose settings you want to change.

3.	Select Actions > Modify Properties.

The Modify Logical Drive: <Logical Drive Name> Properties dialog appears.

4.	Change the CacheCade – SSD Caching Logical Drive Name and the Write Policy properties as needed.

5.	Click Save Settings.
