Bug fixes:
  - Fixed memory leak when SR-IOV VFs are direct assigned. The amount of leak would vary with the number of VFs but could max out at about 14K per PF
  - Fixed memory leak, which would possibly cause the PSOD. The amount of leak would vary with the number cleaning/re-building network stack.
  - Fixed ESX PSOD during FCoE HBA creation using a x520 adapter without the SAN MAC address programmed.
  - Fixed PFC mode setting issue. Tx/Rx pause frame cannot be changed from a default setting using ethtool, i.e. ethtool --pause vmnic2 tx off rx off
  - Fixed x540 adapter jumbo frame bug. The VFs stop working after the PF resets due to the MTU size change while VFs are using jumbo frames
  - Fixed VF MAC setting during reset message, which can cause a bug over multiple resets in which the VF thinks it has a different MAC than it really has
  - Prevented guest vlan setting when setting defaultVLAN = 0, which is similar to the non-zero vid case.

Features:
  - Added SR-IOV support for VMware ESX 5.1. Disabled by default. FCoE will be disabled when SR-IOV is enabled.
  - Add RSC support for VMware ESX 5.1 Disabled by default

Known Issues:
  - Ixgbe driver ignores OEM WWN prefixes when creating the WWPN
Workaround:
  - Add the WWPN ESX host is reporting to the zones of any required targets. This will be in addition to zoning the WWPN that Option ROM or other drivers might report.
