An immutable container of a map of drivers for the ZIP.RAES file format. The map provided by this service consists of the following entries:

URI Schemes / Archive File Suffixes	File System Driver Class
tzp, zip.rae, zip.raes	SafeZipRaesDriver

Note that the regular expression is actually decomposed into separate FsScheme objects which get mapped individually.

Returns a dedicated immutable map of file system schemes to drivers. Neither the keys nor the values of the returned map may be null and subsequent calls must return the same map.

Returns:

A dedicated immutable map of file system schemes to drivers.
